We may also require personal details of any other individual(s) who are joint policyholders with you.

This is done with your consent and we do not intend to collect information other than to carry out the service or to comply with current legislation and other regulations or to send you information regarding our company or partners or to send you information concerning other products which may be of interest to you. We do not otherwise actively collect information about our visitors or users from other sources, such as public records or bodies or private organizations except as may be required for credit checks. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any government institution or authority unless required by law.

As some of the companies within the group are based within the UK it is our intention that our services will comply with UK and European legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act 1998. 10. Mergers, Sales etc
If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchasers and their advisors and will be passed on to the owners of the business.
